Beautiful Skin with Reduce Stress

Have stress an affect in your skin care program? The answer is ‘yes’. The Germany experts in Free University Berlin find the relation within acne with stress.
When stress, the brain release stress hormone called androgen and cortisol into the body. Everytime we stress, adrenal gland release more much androgen hormone. This hormone increase oil secretion that can be enclosed in dead skin cells that accumulated at skin surface. This pile together with bacteria in the pore can cause acne.
How to overcome your stress in order to not disturb your skin care program?

  • Handle your stress with every way you can. For example: sport, even if only walking can help you to reduce stress.
  • Do skin care regularly. When stress, we attend to forget our skin care. Clean your skin in the morning and night. Use toner to clean excess oil and dab product that contains salicylic acid, benzoil peroxide or retinol that can clean the pore to prevent acne.
  • Continue and increase your exercise. When busy, we attend to reduce exercise and more much eat. Both aren’t only increase body weight, but can trigger the guilty feeling that cause stress.
