Fruit and Vegetable High Diet to Prevent Acne

In the past, we have informed that consume some foods like chocolate and potato crisp will cause acne. Then, the dermatologist say that the food isn’t cause acne. Now, the expert find, what we eat can cause acne. So, how is the relation with your skin care?
According to the newst study in Archives of Dermatology, the western diet that rich of refined carbohydrate and sugar become the cause of more than 95% of acne in teenagers. Research team spend 7 weeks of time to observate the skin and lifestyle of a village in Papua New Guinea. The result shows, there isn’t acne at more than 1.200 persons that observed, include 300 persons on the age within 15-25 years.
Different with American teenagers, most of the peoples in that village consume low fat diet that rich of fruits and vegetables that keep their insuline level low. The research show, if insuline level is increase, hormone production like testosterone will increase , trigger oil production in the pore. By the time, the pores are clogged and the acne occur. So, consume the food that can keep low insuline level is a step to free acne skin.
