Fruit for Skin Care

Fruits are rich of vitamin, enzyme and acids that will give nutrient to the skin and hair. Next, some simple ingredients that can be made by our self.

  • Fruit ingredient for face
    Papaya for bright skin
    Enzyme content in papaya lift dead skin cells.
    How to make: Refine a papaya. Mix with 2 tablespoon of honey and havermut until thick dough is formed. Dab to the skin. Let it for 10 minutes. Then wash.
    Lemon for acne
    Acids in lemon will dry the overactive oil gland.
    How to make: Mix 1 tablespoon lemon water, 2 cups of mineral water and 1 tablespoon witch hazel. Save in refrigerator. Dab as toner at skin that has dried.
  • Body care
    Pineapple scrub for bright skin
    Pineapple contains vitamin C and bromelain.
    How to make: Prepare 8 ounces of pineapple. Refine and mix with 1/3 cup of sand sugar until a dough formed. Rub slowly to the body. Wash cleanly.
    Peach to refine skin
    Peach is rich of vitamin and mineral.
    How to make: Refine 4 ounces of canned peach. Mix with 1 ounce of heavy cream, 2 tablespoon honey and havermut to make a dough. Rub slowly to the body. Let it for 5 minutes. Wash cleanly and take a bath like usual.
