Nutrient to Prevent Early Aging

To prevent early aging and skin cancer because of sunshine explode, the expert suggest to consume sunshine antioxidants and fatty acid:

  • Vitamin A: 4.000 IU/day
  • Vitamin C: 500-1.000 mg/day
  • Vitamin E: 400 IU/day
  • Betacaroten: 25.000 IU/day
  • Omega-3 fatty acid: 500-1.000 mg/day for grade pharmaceutical oil fish that contain DHA and EPA
  • Green tea: 125-500 mg/day from its extract with at least 60% of polyphenols
  • Pychogenol: 50 mg/day
  • Alpha-lipoic acid: 50-100 mg/day
  • CoQ10: 30 mg/day

Choose 2 or 3 from above ingredients. Make sure to get omega-3 fatty acid plus pycnogenol or CoQ10. Drink it after you get eat. Like usual, before drink supplement consult with your doctor.
Although you get sunshine protector nutrient, always use the hat and sunscreen with SPF at least 25 that contain UVA and UVB protector. Natural sunscreen contain non toxic ingredient like titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, mineral from the earth, PABA (para-amino-benzoic-acid), that include in vitamin B member, and octyl methoxycinnamate that came from cinnamon.
