Try to experiment with new recipe or mix the fruits and vegetables to make it more interesting. Boiled vegetable isn’t too interesting but vegetable that sautéing at high temperature can be cooked more fast, delicious and maintain the nutrients. Many vegetables can be roasted. Beside paprika and tomato, try carrot, cauliflower and broccoli. Better if use olive oil. Raw vegetable like carrot can be eaten in the form of salad and sandwich complement.     Better use olive oil and rapeseed oil.
